This Website is provided by ORMEX INC as a service to our customers. Please read the terms and conditions. ORMEX INC. You may not assign these Terms of Use to any third party without the prior written consent of ORMEX INC. These Terms of Use will be binding upon and will ensure to the benefit of (i) you and your heir, executor, administrator and other legal representatives; and (ii) ORMEX INC and its successors and assigns. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province in Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein except in cases where the laws of the Canadian jurisdiction in which you reside requires that the laws of such jurisdiction to apply, in which case the laws of such jurisdiction shall apply. The exclusive jurisdiction for any claim, action or dispute with ORMEX INC’s or relating in any way to your use of the Site or a purchase made on the Site will be in the courts of the Province of Quebec unless required otherwise by applicable laws of your province of residence. It is the express wish of the parties that this Agreement and all related documents can be drawn up in English.

Terms and conditions

taking into account that it will not be liable for any act or omission in this regard. ORMEX INC may cancel or suspend any account
at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability to you or any other person.

Shipping of goods

Your order will be delivered through an independent carrier with which ORMEX INC. does business. The name of the carrier will be specified
in the confirmation email that you will receive at your order WILL be shipped.

ORMEX INC. is not responsible for the loss of items after shipment from ORMEX INC.'s facilities or those of its agents to their delivery address.

Cancellation, refunds, returns and exchanges

You may have certain statutory rights to cancel your order under applicable provincial consumer protection laws and ORMEX INC. complies
with all applicable laws.
